Good questions, all -- and ones we hear every day. Some of the
answers can be found by taking a look at our financial stability

For years Baltimore Equitable relied on satisfied policyholders
to spread the word about the "best kept secret in Baltimore."
In fact, it was not until the early 1980's that any advertising
was done at all. At that time the company initiated a small
direct mail campaign that encompassed about 15,000 homes in
and around Baltimore. Since that time we have expanded our mailing
program to include the entire states of Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Before we will write a policy, we personally visit the property
and evaluate the cost to rebuild it. It is at this time we meet
with the homeowner to review their present homeowners policy
and discuss their personal insurance needs. Only then will we
propose an insurance plan that will meet those needs. As a result
of this special attention, most of our clients are with us for
years.
